Coil Wire: 42AWG Plain Enamel

Lead Wire: Vintage Cloth Pushback

Bridge Output: 8.2k

Neck Output: 7.5k

The unique full, warm & dark Jazzmaster tone while still retaining that vintage Fender single coil clarity and spank. Wound to vintage specs with correct shallow height, wide single coil of 42 AWG and vintage style cloth covered lead wire. The Classic '58 is the sound of the vintage Jazzmaster pickup, whereas the Modern '58 has more of a crunchier tone to it due to the taller, stronger magnets.
