A Modern, Hotter Telecaster Bridge Pickup - Alnico 2, 5 or 8 Magnets

A hotter, higher output version of the Classic Telecaster Bridge pickup with flat or staggered custom manufactured Alnico 2, 5 or Alnico 8 magnets.

The higher output gives this pickup a more rounded, fatter & driving sound than the classic bridge pickup series, still with Telecaster clarity and twang but this is a pickup designed to drive drive your amp more - Hotter output Tele pickup designed to balance traditional Tele sounds with a more modern attack & edge.

Alnico 2 is slightly weaker, which 'holds' the strings a little less, allowing them to vibrate a little more freely, helping to give a slightly warmer sound whereas Alnico 5 is slightly stronger, 'holding' the strings a little more helping to give a slightly more attacking, punchier, focussed sound. Alnico 8 is stronger still for a more bite & aggressive.
